The research aims at knowing the role played by strategic
orientation included (market orientation, entrepreneurship orientation) to
enhanced comparative advantage and sustainability represented by three
strategies (cost, distinguish, focusing). The research sample was
represented by managers of (AsiaCell) company in Iraq.
The main hypothesis of study concerned with a contribution of
strategic orientation sustainability the researcher adopted a hypothetical
model based on references and literature relates to the topic, also he
oleprds on (42) checklist distributed to the research finds out that the
approach to enhanced the comparative distinguish and sustainability
belong to strategic orientation toward market and entrepreneurship, also
concludes that the relationship between tow variables of study entrepreneurship is reciprocate strategic orientation where sustaimble
comparative experience achives, The most important is the need for the
company to pay attention to the strategic analysis of competitors to know
the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT).
