Abstract
Trends are considered a developing system for human beliefs, emotions and
behavior tendencies. They developed continuously in one self as he grows
up and developed, and they represent the reaction and complexity of the
three-aspect mention before. As for organizational changes, in the
organization, they are considered the act of updating the plan of the
organization or in anyone of its work organizational elements in order to
make the plan used in the past get convenient to any organization in the
present. Also, the resistance of any organizational changes is considered one
of the greatest problems that face the administration in their way to cultivate
the work of the organization against any fear from the unknown or that our
needs will not be fulfilled under the circumstances of the present change.
