Abstract

We are in a real need to a new step full of technology. Our world ids about to create a new instrument which represent a world of knowledge. The essence of this step, is the instruments which will contribute in creating a continues and recent learning scope. These instruments indicate three essential techniques: (hypermedia, Simulation, A I & Intelligent Agents). When these techniques are completed and mixed with each other perfectly, then it will be the fuel for the coming century, which is represented with a new type of learning and terrific achievements.
