دراسة استطلاعية في الشركة العامة للسمنت الشمالية في الموصل
Abstract
The research aims at finding the relationship and the effect
between knowledge management and strategic planning. Theoretically,
according to the cocept, the importance, types and comonents of each,
the research adopts knowledge management as an independent variable
while strategic planning as dependent one.
The research tries to explain and analyze the effect and link
correlation among knowledge management processes in strategic
planning of the general Northern Comment Company represented by
generation knowledge, keeping knowledge in mind, giving knowledge
and knowledge innovation.
The research comes up with a set of conclusions; the most
prominent one is that there is a correlation and impact relationship
between the two variables.
Finally, the research presents a set of recommendations that go
along with the results achieved. One of them is the need to rely on
knowledge management processes in the strategic planning of the
company.
