Abstract

The world has witnessed different changes; the most essential
among these is the economic ones. Most of the world countries have
initiated detente policy, the developing and progressed countries, capital
is socialist. This however includes a global opening to the outside world
such as free economy, free trade; opening the economy to the foreign
investments and individual migration.
The economic detente is to free the productive capabilities from all
inhibitions and giving freedom. The private sector, opening the way to
the foreign investments with all guarantees, reducing the constraints,
seeking increase the degrees of detente in all aspects, especially
agriculture ones. A group of Arab countries was taken according to the
relative importance of agriculture in those countries to measure the effect
of detente of agricultural economy on total agricultural production.
Positive indicators were seen in some formats on the one hand and
negative indicators were seen on the other.
