دور نظم دعم القرار (DSS) في عملية اتخاذ القرار

يهدف البحث إلى بيان دور نظم دعم القرار في عملية اتخاذ القرار لدى المدير - عميد، معاون عميد، رئيس قسم، مسؤول شعبة، مسؤول وحدة - بدراسة مسحية في العام 2023 اعتمدت على المدراء - القيادات الادارية - في كليات جامعة الموصل العراقية، إذ استخدم فيها الأساليب الإحصائية المعتمدة على برنامج الحزم الإحصائية لعرض وتحليل نتائج البحث، اذ قام الباحثان بجمع البيانات بواسطة إجابات عينة البحث على اسئلة الاستبانة المكونة من 40 سؤال تضمنت فقرات المتغيرات موزعة على 260 شخص مشمول بالاستبانة، وجاء الرد لعدد 245 استمارة صالحة لأغراض التحليل، ولقد توصل البحث الى ان نظم دعم القرار تلعب دوراً بارزاً في تقديم كمية كبيرة من المعلومات اللازمة للمديرين لتسهل عليهم عملية اتخاذ القرارات بسرعة ودقة لارتباطها بالحياة اليومية والإدارية للمؤسسات، إذ يتسم العصر الحالي بسرعة تطور تكنلوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات ومواكبة البيئة المحيطة والمنافسين.
