This paper is an attempt to build a theoretical Economic.
Skelton (Economic Engineering) about how the Macro Economic.
Policies in Iraq should be and what is the important field which may take the priority. This required an explanation of what is the meaning, nature, conditions and characteristics of the successful. Macro Economic Policies, and the nature of macro Economic Policies in Iraq through the economic blockade period. We attempt to answer some questions about future relationship between private and public sector, and what is the strategy of economic development and the type of technology which government prefer, and the future of oil market as we imagine. Finally we determine the fields which must take a department in such as monetary, fiscal, distribution, employment, commercial, agricultural and services needs and policies
