علاقة إدارة المعرفة الاستراتيجية واثرها في الميزة التنافسية
دراسة استطلاعية في شركة اسياسيل للاتصالات في الموصل
الملخص
The research aims at exploreing the relation and effect of
strategic knowledge management dimensions such as learning and
intellectual property in achieving competitive advantage in organization.
Due to these objectives the research works to determine the
relationships and effects between the dependent variables (Strategic
knowledge management dimensions) and dependent variable
(Competitive advantage).
The research adopts a questionnaire that distributed to the staffs
of the main branch in Asia Cell Company in the city of Mosul, after
collecting data; many of statistical tools are used for analysis.
Dat analysis shows some conclusions, the major one is that the
knowledge management and strategic knowledge management
considered as one of the tools that uses by the organization to achieve
innovation and then achieve competitive advantages.
