الملخص

The research aims to study the possibility of achieving the
integration between inflation targeted policy and the stability of
economic growth rates in Egypt for the period (1990-2009).
The research is based on the following hypotheses: “The policy of
strict targeted inflation was successful in increasing the growth rates and
the stability in its rates under the elasticity of exchange rate”.
The research adopted the theoretical analysis technique, which was
enhanced by using estimating the model of the research on (OLS) which
was consistent with the nature of these relations in this model.
The research presented several conclusions, the most important
result was that the policy of strict targeted inflation was successful in
increasing the growth rates and the stability in its rates, the researcher
suggested a number of suggestions which are consistent with the
conclusions of the research.
