الملخص

This research deals with the legal protection of child abuse in some
crimes. These legal prohibitions can strengthen child weak position. Rights
are only mere names unless they are supported by penalty protection, which
usually exists in punishment law in all countries and in some special
legislation. This point is the aim of this research, which is entitled "Criminal
protection of children punishment law of Iraq" (Comparative Study). The
research divided into two main sections. The first section deals with the
definition of child. Honor and the second section deals with the criminal
protection prescribed for children in abuse crimes dealt with in this research
(i.e. rape, homosexual abuse (whether forcefully or consensually), indecent
act (public of un public) and provoking or prostitution. This research deals
with the special legal protection provided by the
punishment laws specially the powered Iraqi punishment
law. This research concludes with necessary
recommendations and suggestions.
