الملخص

Knowledge management and its processes in modern organization have
been given a great importance due to the vital role in achieving competitive
advantages to the organization itself. So, the knowledge in the organization
is considered one of the most undeniable source. The modern organizations
of today are built on knowledge and education. In order to make this sort of knowledge available to every one, the matter requires the existence of
management concerning the administration of this knowledge correctly for
the sake of achieving the targets of that organization. Judgment is the
balance of fair. Owing to its importance the need for building and designing
a program to the computerized knowledge administration in judgment
sector. This framework has to be built on scientific and objective bases or
principles accurately, that may depend on the same style in petitions, but
designed on computerized ones. This can be done in order to uncover the
role played by designed program in court duties, which facilitates the
procedures, and processes taken in any case, and simplify and check them to
fulfill the requirements in time.
