Abstract

This research focuses on "The rights and freedoms in the Iraqi law of state
administration for the transitional period". The researches tries to explain
view of law: rights and freedom mentioned in this law and their legal values
towards, public system and morals, the protection of public security and the
rights of others from the point of view of this law since they are constraints
imposed on practicing the rights and freedoms, and the degrees success of
this law in providing suitable acts that match our society's needs and insure
the balance of both the general and private interests.
