Abstract

The present research is based on a philosophical discussion of a problem which
focuses on the way in which different organizational resources are considered the
tool which helps the organization to achieve the success in any competitive race
and to catch the excellence. This can be done according to the philosophy of
strategic theory based on resources "Resources Based View Strategy". This theory
states that the organization can achieve the competitive excellence through having
"the valuable resource". Also, the difference among the big and small organizations
in their sizes and abilities is reflected through the difference in the ability of both
types to prepare and collect the resources which enable them to use those resources
to achieve their competitive features. The research has come up with the
conclusion which states that the organizations should seriously look for renewing
their resources and having new ones to be a strong competitor in the field.
