Abstract

Logic occupies an important area generally in law and in the field evidence
theory in specific. The judicial procedure right from the beginning of the
chain till the sentence is based on logic. When the evidence of booth parties
of the dispute is equal, the judge has to outweigh one of them and settle the
case depending on logical in ferrous after being fully aware of the details of
the case.
