Abstract
Time cross section for temperature from the surface up to 500 hps is investigated for each year for Baghdad. It have been shown that high surface temperature occurs in summer from surface up to 500 hps followed by cooling for 1-2 days. This situation occurred many times in July, so, the stability, laps rate and vertical motion were investigated locally. It is found that air circulation may happen due to variation of stability causing change in surface temperature.
