Abstract

This research discusses in details the structure and analysis of the manpower according to the demographic's variables, such as sex, age, scientific qualification...... etc. Which enable the researcher to identify the gap in this sector in the future.

The study was conducted in Mosul by determining the main problems which could face the lecturers in the primary and secondary schools, and how to draw a comprehensive plan to overcome these problems.
