Abstract

The European Union is one of the leading regional organizations at
the regional and international level, because of its work and the nature of
its tasks in the international arena, and the relations owned by the Union
with other countries and international and regional organizations; Its role
in the use of force on the European continent and at the international
leve, this research attempts to address the emergence of the European
Union and the organs included in its organizational structure and its role
in the use of force at the international leve, through analysis and
interpretation in the texts of these institutes the constraints that limit this
important role.
