Abstract

The present research examines thepossibility of applying the Japanese theory of
management on Iraqi organization. The hypothesis
set is a statistically tested one. Questionnaire is used as a method for collecting data. The research has come up with a
set of conclusions. The most important ones are the following:
1- The results ranged between (highly encouraging) to (medium
encouraging), there were no un encouraging results.
2- There is a clear tendency for managers toward applying the
Japanese theory despite the out of control obstacles, like the
economical, political, and security circumstances.
3- According to employees, there are some negative aspects, such as:
giving no chance for the employee to participate in making
decisions, inequality of motivations, discrimination in applying
instructions, job un stability and feeling of insecurity, little salary
amounts in comparison with the effects, in addition to the need of
providing a fine suitable life for the employee and their families.
