دراسة ميدانية في عينة من الشركات الصناعية المساهمة
Abstract
The study aims at recognizing the nature of the relation between the
organizational culture in the context of its categorization into adaptive, slow
adaptive, and inert culture and the strategic behavior in model frame of
Miles & Snow the prospector , analyzer and defender in a sample of
industrial sharing companies .The study hypothesizes that the exploring
companies tend to use an adaptive culture while the analyzing companies
tend to adopt a slow adaptation culture. The defending companies, however
, are of stable culture .To achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire form has been distributed among the investigated companies . The results
have led to a number of conclusions among which is that an agreement
exists among the cultures adopted by the investigated companies and the
behaviors adopted by the top managements in them. A set of conclusions has
also been given.
